The link below will provide you with an approved copy of the Town of Perinton Comprehensive Parks and Open Space Plan. 

This plan enhances previous master plans by adding a section related to trails and Town-Owned open space. Photographs provide reinforcement for the commentary and recommendations. The plan has an executive summary which defines the goals of the plan and summarizes the proposed improvements for the next several years.
