The Town and County Property Tax Bills are mailed on the last business day of December each year and the East Rochester, Fairport, Penfield, Pittsford and Victor School Tax Bills are mailed on the last business day of August each year. East Rochester, Fairport, Penfield, Pittsford and Victor School Tax Payment Options

The East Rochester, Fairport, Penfield, Pittsford and Victor Tax Bills are mailed on the last business day of August every year. Victor Central School District does not offer installment options.  Payment options are as follows:

Full Payment Option (Payable to Monroe County Treasury)

Nov. 1st - Nov. 18th

Add 5% interest to total amount due. Payments will not be accepted after November 18th. Any remaining balance will be relevied onto the Town and County Property Tax Bill, with 7% interest added.

 Victor Central School District does not offer the installment plan.

Additional Information

·         Payments by Mail:  The Town of Perinton honors the United States Postmark date as the official date of any payment that is mailed.  Any payments Post Marked on the "Due" date will be considered "On Time" and will be used to determine the date of payment and the amount of interest due with that payment.  Real property tax payments delivered by the US Postal Service after the due date that do not contain an official US Postal Postmark but rather contain a "postage meter" mark are not considered timely.   It is strongly suggested, if payment is mailed on the "Due" date, to actually go to the Post Office and have the date "Hand Stamped" by a Postal Employee.

·         Any time a "Due Date" falls on a day in which the Town Offices are closed, or if the Post Office is closed, payments will be accepted on the "Next Business Day", without penalty or additional interest due.

·         Acceptable forms of payment are:  Cash, Personal Check, Certified or Cashier's Check, Money Order or Credit Card. 

·         Payment by Credit Card:  Credit Card payments are accepted, a 3% fee is charged based on amount of payment.   You may pay with a credit card by contacting Official Payments Corp. at 1-888-272-9829 or www.officialpayments.com or you may pay online at www.monroecounty.gov.   Payment by electronic check:  available via internet at www.monroecounty.gov.  A sliding scale fee charge based on amount of payment.

·         Town Hall Office hours are Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
