Stay in Good Health at the Fitness/Wellness Center!Look what the Perinton Community/Aquatic Center has to offer:

Running/Walking Track
The large running/walking track encircles the gymnasium on the main level. It is constructed of shock absorbing rubber flooring, and consists of two lanes. The inside lane is 1/17th of a mile, while the outside lane is 1/16th of a mile. Perinton residents are welcome to use the track at no charge. Non-residents pay a daily fee of $1.00.

Cardio-Fitness Lobby
1400 Square feet are dedicated to Cardio-Vascular fitness. Includes four new Life Fitness Treadmills with attached televisions, Precor Cross Trainers and two new Life Fitness Ellipticals. Tectrix Exercise Bikes, new Life Fitness Summit Trainers and an Upper Body Ergometer. Additional equipment includes two indoor rowers, one a brand new Concept II Rower, and a NU Step. Four televisions are available for your enjoyment.

Resistance/Strength Fitness Rooms –

The fitness room consists of 960 square feet of brand new Life Fitness Strength and Free Weight/Body Weight Equipment. Equipment includes:

Arm: Tricep Press and Bicep Curl
Back: Row/Rear Deltoid, Lateral Pulldown
Chest: Chest Press, Pectoral/Rear Fly
Leg: Leg Extension, Seated Leg Curl, Hip Abductor/Adductor, Leg Press
Shoulder: Lateral Raise, Shoulder Press
Torso: Torso Rotation, Abdominal/Back
Life Fitness Dual Adjustable Pulley
Hoist Counterbalance Smith Machine
Hoist Vertical Knee Raise/Dip
Hoist 45 Back Extension
Hoist Adjustable Sit-up Bench

Fees for use of fitness equipment and aquatic center
