Townwide Bike Route - location #17 
The Townwide Bike Route is marked throughout Perinton using existing streets, roadways and right-of-ways. Various historic landmarks and points of interest are along the way. This trail also connects with the countywide system and canal trail.  
 
Rochester, Syracuse and Eastern Trail - location #14 
This Hiking and Biking trail connects with the town and countywide system. The former trolley bed has been converted to a hiking/biking trail that traverses the town from Northwest to Southeast. Motorized vehicles are not allowed.  
 
New York State Erie Canal Heritage Trail - location #10 
This Hiking and Biking trail, once used by horses and mules to pull the boats along the canal, connects with the town and countywide system. Many historic landmarks and points of interest are along the way. Motorized vehicles are not allowed.
