Winter Parking Ordinance

To facilitate the safe and efficient removal of snow from highways within the Town of Perinton, Winter Parking Restrictions have been implemented.  Vehicles that violate the parking ordinance will be ticketed and/or towed. 

If you believe your vehicle has been towed as a result of a violation of the Winter Parking Restrictions, contact the Public Works Office at 223-5115 for retrieval information.

Section 7 of the Perinton Town Code

 Parking Restrictions 

  1. When deemed advisable in the interest of public safety or for snow removal, the Town Commissioner of Public Works, by signs placed or erected, may prohibit parking, stopping or unloading, as the case may require, and all pedestrians and drivers of vehicles shall comply with those regulations.  There shall be no parking on public streets, highways or roadways in the Town of Perinton from 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. from November 1 through April 1 of each year.  [Amended 9-14-1988 by L.L.
